At GIÀ SORELLA, we honor that loving energy in every choice and every animal saved: 10% of profits directly fund animal rescue efforts through Yogi’s House.
Founded by Emma Kenney and Nicola Peltz Beckham, this Los Angeles-based rescue ships globally, and is dedicated to saving dogs from high-risk euthanasia situations in overcrowded shelters, giving every dog a second chance through rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption.
Meet Madison Giammona, Founder & Creative Director
Madison Giammona's journey to creating GIÀ SORELLA began with a profound understanding of how clothes can transform not just how you look, but who you become. Growing up playing soccer alongside her sister with dreams of turning professional, a scoliosis diagnosis at 13, left her confidence shattered, hiding behind baggy clothes and medical braces. She fought back to become a Division I player—only to have a career-ending injury abruptly end her soccer dreams while her sister went on to play professionally.
Left feeling lost without her athletic identity while working at a hometown boutique, Giammona rediscovered fashion and experienced a life-changing breakthrough: she realized she had been out of alignment all along—not just physically with her scoliosis, but with her true calling. She realized she could embody her highest self through conscious luxury style choices, calling a new purpose-driven reality into existence now.
Drawing from her athletic background where peak performance meant looking and feeling your best, she understood that true luxury should elevate both wearer and world. This revelation led to the genesis of GIÀ SORELLA—a brand born from the belief that when you dress as the woman you're becoming, you become a catalyst for positive change. Honoring her Sicilian heritage, she partnered with Italian artisans to create a conscious, cruelty-free luxury lifestyle brand that embodies Gioia (joy), Impatto positivo (positive impact), and Amore—values rooted in her upbringing surrounded by animals who offered unconditional love during her most vulnerable moments.
Named after her sister (sorella in Italian), GIÀ SORELLA exists for women who know their energy is their true power. Under Giammona’s leadership, the brand directs 10% of profits to at-risk dog rescue through Yogi’s House while building a global sisterhood of women embodying their higher selves—proving that when you dress the frequency of your dreams, the world shifts in response.
Isabella Wallgren – Designer & Sustainability Expert
Based in Florence, Italy, Isabella personally oversees every stage of the GIÀ SORELLA development process, collaborating directly with our esteemed Italian atelier to ensure each garment achieves perfection in flawless form, movement, and impeccable finishing.
Isabella brings years of experience in sustainable material sourcing, ethical production, and Italian manufacturing excellence. Her design philosophy centers on creating pieces that are refined, bold, and unapologetically feminine—where true luxury lives in the details. From sculpted silhouettes and refined fabric selection to hand-finished accents, each garment is a testament to craftsmanship that celebrates and enhances the feminine form while honoring the moments of la dolce vita that matter most.
Through her direct relationships with trusted mills and artisans, she ensures every piece reflects both exceptional quality and conscious design choices, combining traditional couture techniques with modern sustainability principles.
